Choose from three delivery options to get #WorldClass Beer as quickly and easily as possible…
1. Parcel Force
We use Parcel Force for all orders within Mainland UK at a cost of £6 per case (free for orders over £70).
All orders placed by 1pm are shipped the same day* via Parcel Force and we’ll e-mail you once your parcel has left The Bottle Shop with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress. You can expect to receive your order within 48 hours of it leaving The BottleCave. Provide us with your mobile number at checkout and on the day of your delivery, Parcel Force will send you a text message allowing you to choose from the below options…
- Deliver to a neighbour.
- Deliver on another day if that day is not convenient.
If you do not provide a number and you are out when your parcel is delivered you’ll be left a card allowing you to select the above options.
* Please note orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day and for any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays, these will be shipped on the next working day. It is your responsibility to arrange the re-delivery of your parcel.
2. Click & Collect
We offer click & collect from our shop . To select this option simply pick Collect From Bermondsey at checkout. We will pack your order within 24 hours of receipt and e-mail you to let you know when it’s ready for collection. You can collect your order during bar opening hours.
3. Courier – AVAILABLE SOON
We have a great courier service within London, with all online orders delivered within 2 hours of being placed with us. We will drop you an e-mail to let you know that your beer is on its way, and if you add one of our cooler bags at checkout, you can rest easy that your beer will be kept chilled from our fridge to your door!
We can deliver to the below London postcodes for £20, free when you spend £100 or more!
- Central – EC1-4 | WC1-2 | W1
- East – E1-3, E5, E7-11, E13-16
- West – W2, W6, W8-11, W14
- North – NW1-3, NW5-6, NW8 | N1, N4-8, N15-16, N19
- South – SE1-8, SE10-17, SE19-27 | SW1-13, SW15-18
Can’t spot your postcode as part of our list? Not to worry, just e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and she’ll get a quote for you from our approved courier service.
We can also ship internationally through Parcel Force’s partners. Please note that if you live outside of the EU you will be liable for any customs and import charges associated with your order. Please ensure you are happy to pay for any local taxes or custom charges ahead of placing an order. If you place an order and reject the goods when a customs charge is applicable we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.

Returns and Refunds
If goods are to be returned you must notify The BottleCave within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do this please e-mail our Website Manager firstname.lastname@example.org , with your order number as the subject line and she will assist with the return. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a sellable condition; you have 14 days to return the goods from notification date. You will be refunded for the goods once received, minus applicable shipping costs and any discounts applied, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.
If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty, you must inform The BottleCave within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact our Website Manager at email@example.com . We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed.
You have the right to cancel your order ahead of shipment, once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled.
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our Website Manager firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue either a resend of the order, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
