Young orange wine made with the nearly extinct grape Albillo. Apples and pears with lots of minerality and slight tannin from the skin contact. A really elegant orange wine that would suit anyone who tries it. 

Alfredo Maestro uses only organic and biodynamic practices in the vineyard with very minimal intervention. Located in the Ribera Del Duero, all of his wines are natural, having had zero sulphur added neither in the vineyard nor the winery, instead keeping them totally unfined and unfiltered. Manual harvested grapes are fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast, macerated for 7 days on skins. Aged in French oak barrels.
