Pink Moustache Intellego Wines, organic and natural wine from Swartland, light frenzied red wine for quaffing back with gusto on a hot day, low abv, zingy freshness, lip smacking fruit, perfek! The Syrah and Mourvedre in the blend were whole bunch pressed and fermented for 5 months in old barriques, the cinsault fermented for just just 4 days before maturation in barriques. The wine has a very light red colour due to the short ferment of Cinsaut on the skins. The Cinsaut brings this buzz of awesome flavours to the party while the Syrah and Mourvedre contribute to the freshness and structure.
