Lighter Bodied 

TastingNote Pale in colour, this young and sophisticated Pinot Noir with wild strawberry, pomegranate and cherry underpinned by mountain herbs. The balanced palate is framed by a good tannic structure through to an elegant finish.

Winemaking The grapes were macerated at controlled temperatures of 26°C with daily stirring and submersion of the cap in order to increase the levels of extraction from the grape skins. Fermentation and ageing took place in a combination of French barriques, oak casks and stainless steel vats for at least six months.
