Tasting Note Made from the Cortese grape this is dry and refreshing, with vibrant and fruity aromatics underpinned by floral nuances. Intense and fruit-driven on the palate, with notes of crunchy green apple, mineral tones and a delicious mouthwatering lemonpeel finish.

Winemaking The grapes were harvested at optimum maturity and phenolic ripeness. They were gently pressed prior to fermentation, which took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 to 20°C and lasted for approximately 10 days. The wine was left to rest in tank for four months, preserving the freshness and purity of fruit, prior to being bottled
