Punchy and refreshing like a hoppy IPA with a lovely acidity. It’s very hazy which contributes to the palate weight and finish. It has aromas of coconut, citrus and tropical fruits as well as a slight saltiness on the tongue. It’s a bit lively so make sure it’s icy cold to avoid it foaming over. Can be drink hazy or clear: leave to stand up for 24+ hours to allow it to settle.
