Château Haut-Veyrac Grand Cru 2018 is inky dark red in the glass, fragrant with rose petal, dark plum, black cherry; the wine is dry, medium-plus-bodied and vibrant on the palate with dark cherry, blueberry, black currant, bramble leaf, anise, pepper and exotic dark spices. Lots of power on this beautiful Saint-Émilion red wine blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. Good now, better in 2025 or cellar to 2034.
