Tasting notes - A vibrant and intense Cabernet Sauvignon, with a slightly cloudy appearance due to the natural vinification. Lively and inviting fruity aromas of red fruits and green pepper lead to a fresh palate with silky tannins and raspberry, chocolate and liquorice tones.

Winemaking 'No es Pituko' is Chilean slang for 'it ain't fancy' reflecting the fact that this wine was vinified naturally, without any additions at any stage. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were hand-harvested and taken to the winery in 18 kilogram boxes to preserve the quality. They were destemmed, pressed and cooled at 8°C, before being fermented with wild yeasts from the environment. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 23 to 27°C and lasted for 12 to 15 days. The wine rested on its lees for three months without any influence of oak to showcase the purity of fruit. The wine was made without the addition of any sulphur and was bottled without fining or filtration, which may result in a slightly cloudy appearance.
